    HOW TO BREW Blooming Teaball?

    For the enjoyment of our blooming teas, we recommend the use of clear or transparent glass cups, teapots or glass carafe.

    1) Prepare 400ml to 600ml hot water (100°C)
    2) Rinse the tea cup/pot with hot water
    3) Put only one tea ball into the tea cup/pot
    4) Gently pour boiling water into the tea cup/pot
    5) Steep the tea ball, leaves for 3 – 5 minutes
    6) Tea is ready to be served once the flower is fully bloomed!

    This tea can be steeped multiple times!

    Our premium 福鼎白牡丹 Fuding White Peony Tea consists of whole green colour tea leaves and buds. It has light aroma and exceptionally smooth, perfect for everyday drinking.

    You may drink it hot, on iced or as cold brew.

    HOW TO BREW HOT WHITE TEA?

    1. Prepare the boiling water (100°C) and let it cool for around 5-8 minutes to 80°C to 85°C
    2. Steep 1 tablespoon of white tea leaves in 250-350ml of hot (80°C to 85°C) water for 5 to 6 minutes.
    3. Strain and enjoy! The tea leaves can be steeped multiple times!

    HOW TO BREW COLD BREW WHITE TEA?

    1. Steep 1 tablespoon of white tea leaves in room temperature or cold water for approx. 30mins – 1 hour
    2. Refrigerate for 6 - 12 hours.

    Cold brew tea tastes awesome, sweeter and smoother without any need for sugar!

    Pu-erh tea or Pu'er tea is a unique type of fermented tea that’s traditionally made in the Yunnan, Province of China.

    Our variety of mini ripe Pu-erh tea cake: -

    HOW TO BREW PU-ERH TEA CAKE?

    One mini Pu-Erh Tea Cake is for a single brew!

    Steps: –
    1) Place a pu-erh tea cake in the teapot or teacups and add just enough boiling water to cover the tea cake, then discard the water. This “rinse” helps to brew better quality pu-erh tea. Repeat this step twice.
    2) Fill the teapot with boiling water and allow the tea to steep for 2 minutes. Based on your taste preferences, you can steep for a longer or shorter time. 
    3) Pour the tea into teacups and add honey or milk etc., as desired.

    This tea can be steeped multiple times!
